Our license policy works like this:

• An organisation has a set number of licenses in their subscription.
• When a team is created by an organisation administrator, he/she assigns a fixed number of available licenses for that team.
• An organisation administrator can always adjust the number of available licenses for a team in their organisation.
• Each organisation administrator will occupy one license for that organisation.
• A pending invitation will temporary occupy one available licese for either the targeted organisation or team.
• The organisation owner will automatically be added as a organisation administrator and occupy one license.
• If a user is added to two or more teams in a single organisation. The user will occupy one license for each team the he/she is a member of.
• The organisation administrator who creates a team will be set as the team owner. The team owner have the same privileges as a team administrator but will not occupy an available license set for that team.
• Team administrators and team members will both occupy one team license.
